This family found out that an old secret agent had been living in their house. The family learned about it when they were making some renovations and they found a pile of spy-related things. They found guns, photos of Berlin after the Bombing of WWII, and telegrams. The spy was revealed to be Eileen Burgoyne who died at the age of 98.

When this couple heard about a house located in a town in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain up for sale, they were so excited about it. The house was only selling for $75,000. For a five-bedroom house, the couple with their 2-year-old kid thought that it’s a great bargain, so they bought it. As soon as they moved into the house, they immediately started with the renovations. While Kerri was moving bookcases in one of the rooms, a passageway that leads to a hidden room was revealed. Kerri found a note in the room that says “found it” and later on learned that the house had a serious mold problem that made children sick that forced previous owners with kids to move out. Kerri then sued everyone who was involved with selling the house.
