A Generous And Practical Move
She contacted a charity called ‘Habitat for Humanity’ in the hopes that they could help her get rid of some old items in the house. She had no need for the items that came with the house, but she knew there were people who did. Isn’t that generous of her? She let a group do their thing and look for anything they can auction off to raise funds for the cause. Habitat for Humanity made thousands of dollars off the things they found there! They used the money to build houses for those in need.
Another Beach Mansion
There was another beach property that she ended up owning. It was a two-bedroom townhouse in Juno Beach, San Remo. In 2011, she paid $1 million for the property and then shelled out more to remodel it. After fixing it up, she ended up selling it. In October that year, she sold it for $2.2 million! That is not bad at all, especially since it was her first time to do this.
