Elin Successfully Clears Her Name
Of course, Elin knew whether it was real or not. She insisted she was not the person in the photos and did certain things to prove it! She wanted to clear her name, so she contacted private investigators and attorneys, who were able to figure out where the photos came from. Apparently, the photos were of a Playboy model. They had evidence in their hands, so she and Elin sued the publication and won. The court ordered the magazine to pay her almost $200,000 and give a public apology.
