“Keep Portland Weird” is one of the mottos of Portland and citizens sure know how to help do that. However, this person took things a little too far when he armed himself with fire. He must have increased the average weirdness of the city all by himself. He deserves some credit for this though because that’s certainly the weirdest thing we’ve seen in a while.
