They continue to advocate for the statewide legalization of surrogacy in New York. Of course, they want it to be available everywhere else too. Kevin said, “We are happy that our story went public to help others in the time of need.” How admirable is that?

Nicole and Kevin would never take for granted their friends offered them. If it were not for Lianna and Shawn, their family would not be here. Nicole wants women to learn that this is an option they can take. “There are people out there, like Lianna, that will do it out of kindness. It’s easier to find them than it seems. It’s never the end of the road,” she once said. They continue to fight for surrogacy legalization to this day!
