It’s nice to know that GM had the initiative to make an electric car in 1997, but the EV-1 had a terrible style and a top speed of about 80 miles. What’s more, it was only for leasing. It’s very unlikely for you to see an EV-1 on the street as GM gathered practically all of the units back in 2002.

1992 Ford Probe
We all know that plenty of cars have unfortunate names, though the Ford Probe has got to be among the top ten with the worst name. This shoe-shaped car looks as though it was meant to be sleek and look fast but it ended up looking like a UFO which never took off. Actually, Ford and Mazda created this model together. You may think that they would create a great car, but the Probe had a weak FWD mechanism and V6 engine. That fact did nothing for its sales and the car was eventually taken off the market just eight years after it was released.
