Former oval office operations director and special assistant to the President Madeleine Westerhout earned $145,000 a year. In 2017, she started working at the White House as President Trump’s special assistant. Back then, she made $95,000 a year. However, she was fired in August 2019 after Trump learned that she had shared with reporters details of the First Family as well as Oval Office operations during a dinner that was off the record.
