Lana & Rusev
Rusev and Lana are yet another couple on WWE that has given fans a peek into the real nature of their relationship through Total Divas. The pair has been linked as a tandem inside the ring but got married for real in 2016. Rusev is known as “The Bulgarian Brute” and actually hails from Bulgaria. On the other hand, Lana was born in Florida even if she has a Russian femme fatale storyline. When they got married, they held one wedding in the United States and another in Bulgaria.

Who would have thought that this infamous romantic storyline in WWE was based in reality? The iconic women’s champion was actually in a relationship with the WWE superstar for a couple of years. However, Lita ended up starting an affair with Edge, who was still married back then. WWE used the circumstances to show a feud between the two men a couple of years later. Lita and Edge had a very sexualized onscreen relationship that seemed to match the one they had offscreen. She later went out with CM Punk and Edge became involved with a different wrestler.
