We are sure that you are familiar with Macho Man Randy Savage even if you are not a huge wrestling fan. He is one of the best wrestlers to ever appear in the ring. His successful career went on for 32 years and fetched him 20 titles. He also dabbled in acting and even appeared in movies such as Spider-Man, Ready to Rumble, and Baywatch. In 2011, he died after a horrible car crash. According to the autopsy, he had been suffering from a heart disease without knowing it.
