Was it really necessary for her to intimidate her with the police? Then, just as it appeared that the woman had run out of steam, another enraged-looking man approached with his own set of questions. Someone needed to intervene and safeguard this child.

Andy Lizarraga was going to shop at Target in Rowland Heights, Los Angeles, when she noticed a young girl selling sweets outside. Andy stepped to the store to purchase a few food and drinks for an evening at home, thinking to herself, “What an enterprising kid!” She considered buying stuff from her on her way out, but by the time she left the shop 10 minutes later, everything had gone to hell.
