It is not uncommon for the royal family to wear a borrowed tiara of their choice from the Queen on their wedding day. However, Princess Beatrice became the first royal bride of this generation to wear the exact same tiara that her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth wore on the day that she married the Duke of Edinburgh in 1947.
