The parents of Aliya have been preparing for her for quite a long time. It took sometime before Laici was able to conceive their first child, which helped make them mentally and physically capable of taking care of a child.

Their time in the Army paved the way for Tomas meeting Laici. They immediately developed a healthy relationship, and as their relationship grew, they knew that they would like to spend their lives together.
