1956 Chevy Nomad

The 1956 Chevy Nomad appeared in an episode of Jay Leno’s Garage in 2006. Chip Foose restored it on Overhaulin’ Show as well! It was from the first generation, which meant that it was produced from 1955 to 1957. It received a huge facelift after the two-door station wagon was changed and the grille widened. In 1955, customers told Chevy that they were not fond of its front end. The automaker listened, which is why the ’56 variation had the same interior sheet metal and rear-wheel as the Bel-Airs! It also received a new padded dashboard. It was originally for sale at $2,450, but it is now worth $89, 950.

1924 Bentley Twin Turbo

Jay Leno also took the time and effort to restore a 1924 Bentley Twin Turbo. Even though the chassis is set for a 3-L engine, he took some liberties while working on it! This was why he fitted it with an 8-L twin-turbo engine that is capable of putting out more than 400 hp. It has always been an impressive model, but he wanted to turn it into a hot rod. In the year that it came out, it won the 24 Hours of Le Mans race. This feat happened again three years after that. From 1921 to 1929, only 1,622 units of this model were produced. Initially, the car was worth $1,785. The number has since increased to $265,908.
