After officially tying the knot, this photo was taken as they stood on the balcony outside and kissed. The tradition of kissing after the wedding vows are exchanged is such an important part of the wedding ceremony. It’s no wonder the photographers present made sure to get that perfect photo of such a special moment: their first kiss as a married couple. We can only imagine the way the crowd erupted when this moment took place.

This sweet photo was taken outside of St. Mary’s Hospital in London on June 22, 1982, just after Prince William was born. This picture was taken a long time ago, but the new parents looked so cute and happy! Princess Diana was in that same green polka-dotted dress we spoke about earlier. You can see Prince Charles tenderly take Prince William from Princess Diana’s arms.
