Flax Seeds
Flax seeds contained omega-3 fatty acids, which we might consider good fat. Many people did not like fish or nuts, but there was an alternative way to get omega-3 since we only need to eat flax seeds. The seed had a lot of this nutrient. We only need a tablespoon of flax seeds on our smoothies, salads, or fruit bowls, and we could now enjoy the nutrients, antioxidants, and estrogen that it had.
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Red hot chili pepper was considered on the list since the vegetable contained a lot of capsaicin. The nutrient could help our body lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure to prevent heart attack. It would be a big help in our hearts if we ate raw peppers. However, we should think twice before doing it since we knew the taste and the consequences it would give us when we ate it plain.
