Dogs unlike us humans are constantly stretching. Why? This is for their muscles. Sometimes it may be to show love and affection. Upon arrival home don’t think that your dog has just woken up- this is their way of letting you know they are happy to see you and excited that you are home.

Exposing Their Belly
Showing off their belly can be a sign of playfulness, a sign for a little pat but it also means they respect you and fall submissive to you. Rub that belly and reassure your pup. They will do it over and over because they want this reassurance. Dogs also display this behavior when being attacked by other animals too, maybe as a sign that they do not want to fight.
