The organization is run by the husband and wife team, with Frankie spending all of his time on it and Erica devoting the hours that she can when she is not running her pet store.

The couple rushed to the scene right away when Mark told them the situation. This was just the kind of animal rescue that they established the league for. They had no idea this would later become national news.
Running Back Into The Water
Mark was amazed at how his dog was acting towards the poor animal. Storm was still taking care of the deer back at the beach when suddenly the deer popped up on its legs.

Mark was shocked to see the deer starting to run back into the water, but Storm (bless his little heart) instinctively ran after the fawn. The deer didn’t know what was going on, and likely didn’t know better than to run back in.
