No one is accusing people of purposely harming animals, but one of the most common things to be found in drains? Animals. This doesn’t only apply to the UK, either – it happens all around the world. And not just small animals like cats and dogs – animals like cows and sheep too! Many different animals have been rescued from drains unscathed. In the US, there are stories of alligators supposedly prowling the sewers, but most people see this as a myth.
