However, the show failed to pick up in the ratings, and after just one season it was cancelled. The show Atelier was in a niche category, and followed a young woman as she tried to succeed in the Japanese fashion industry. However, according to Screenrant, the show failed to take off as it had hardly any marketing, so was cancelled after the first season.
