The duo knew that the house could fetch a good price. Once the call with the older woman ended, the realtors proceeded to crunch numbers to have an idea how much the house might be worth. Since the figure was higher than their initial estimate, they were pleased. This meant their company could have a bigger profit.

The Spizzirri sisters have sold properties in the neighborhood and the houses fetched impressive prices. However, Carla and Gladys was not really sure at the time how much they could sell Joyce’s house for. After they did the calculations, the estimated value of the property they came up with is $968,000!
