When Joyce first got in touch with Carla and Gladys, it did not seem like the older woman had made up her mind about putting her house up for sale. The real estate duo were worried about this. Nevertheless, Joyce did say she intended to sell her house in spite of having lived there for seven decades. We bet it is pretty hard to leave a place where you have lived almost all your life.
