Huge Problem
The real estate duo were concerned that the house was femininely decorated wherever you looked. The home was incredible and well-kept, but it might not appeal to male buyers since a lot of men might find the décor too floral or too pink. The golds, purples, and pinks in the rooms would probably not appeal to many male clients and even some women. Plenty of money, time and effort are needed to redecorate an entire house.

The home’s most unique part was the basement, which was an acquired taste. It had the perfect man cave, complete with wood panelling. There was also a wet bar. It was clear that a man spent some time there, probably Joyce’s husband. The room was surely a retreat from the florals and pastels in the house.
