Doing Their Job
Sarah Fuller mentioned in the interview that she doesn’t see themselves as heroes. “I think we were doing our job checking in on someone we know who orders a lot. We felt like we needed to do something.” Even if Sarah mentioned that it was part of their job, it is evident that they played a big part in saving someone’s life and that happens to be someone close to them and was their regular customer for ten years already, so it is hard not to check up on him when it happened.
Inspiring
The staff members that were involved in the incident indeed showed their compassion and humility at that moment. It was inspiring how high the level of their customer service is to the point that they care about their regular customer’s safety that led to saving him from something worse that could have probably happened if it wasn’t for their help. They were really in the industry for a reason. It is not surprising that the media will be all about this story and spread it around the country, sharing and inspiring other people.
