Very Familiar
If it’s familiarity that we are talking about, Sarah and her team at Domino’s have it to a great extent with Alexander. Sarah told us in an interview, “Our delivery drivers, he knows very well, because obviously he has conversation with them at the door.” It did make sense because Alexander has been their loyal customer for 10 years straight. Who wouldn’t remember the guy? Right? And not just that, he’s ordering almost everyday so how would the drivers forget him as well?
11 Days With No Order
It was a great surprise to the staff of Domino’s that Alexander ‘s order stopped completely for free consecutive days. This left the people who knew him in the store to feel uneasy and horrible. They were kind of worried as to what happened to him. They were also thinking that maybe he just went on a trip somewhere, visited his family and friends, or was assigned on a business trip. They were left wondering what could probably be the reason for him to stop ordering.
