The classes felt endless after such a long series of introductions! She was excited to make a good impression on every 13-year-old who walked through the door, but she was afraid she was going to blow it. The day had finally come to an end, and she returned to her vehicle, relieved. Her dress was sticking up against her back like a damp cheesecloth, and she was devastated. As she gently scrubbed it in the sink and hung it to dry, she tried to convince herself that tomorrow would be a new day.
