“I Can’t Serve You.”
Brittany told the customer, “Sorry, but I can’t serve you. And I’m afraid I have to disagree with what you said.” After she told them those words, she left the table and did not serve them. The waitress tried to reason out with her manager if other waitresses could help the old couples. However, the situation became more complicated than before.

“Suck It Up Or Go Home”
Brittany’s manager declined her request and told her to “suck it up or go home.” The waitress recognized that she could not serve the menu to the awful customer who had a terrible attitude that could not respect other people. Brittany had regretted serving that kind of customer. The girl was not comfortable asking them for their orders. In the end, the waitress decided to get her bag and go home. However, Brittany did not expect that kind of punishment.
