When Jason came home with the news that he had failed another test, I never imagined it would lead to this. I still remember talking with Adam, trying to figure out the best way to reach our son. We had tried everything: talking to him, enrolling him in extra classes, even taking away his phone and grounding him. But nothing had worked… So Adam decided it was time to take it to the next level.

“Taking away his phone won’t help – he’s always in that garage, anyway! It’s that damn car!” Adam grumbled one evening, and that’s when he decided to sell it. I didn’t fully agree with this approach, but Adam was determined, and eventually, I gave in. He found an eager buyer quickly and arranged the sale, all while making sure Jason had no clue what was coming.
