Another upsetting factor for Tomas was the fact that the school did not look much into the issue. The school’s board does not understand how the lives of the kids will be affected as long as Duncan is teaching the kindergarteners. Duncan can still terrorize these kids, and these kids will be affected by her words and her anger. With the help of other parents, they came up to the school and protested. The school did not take them seriously, but he did not give up easily.
