Garlic
Garlic became famous since there were stories that the vampires were scared of the vegetable. However, most of us did not know that it was also the healthiest vegetable out there. Garlic was used to improve the taste of many dishes, but it also helped lower blood pressure. It would help us prevent constriction in our blood vessels and lower plaque formation in our arteries. If we did not like the taste of garlic, we could also swallow it like a pill.
Red Wine
Most of us were fond of red wine, which we could add to our diet. As long as we drank moderately, it would benefit us in a good way. It would prevent any heart disease, and we only need a glass of red wine during our meal. The wine would also stop us from the formation of blood clots. Even Medical professionals recommend drinking red wine. There would be no one who would argue with adding this to their diet.
