We should consider oranges in our daily meal since they could quench our thirst and it was also nutritious. Oranges contained a lot of vitamin C, fiber, and potassium. The fruit could help us flush the sodium out of our bodies. It also lowers blood pressure to prevent heart diseases. Oranges also contained high pectin that could absorb cholesterol from the food that we ate. We should add this to our diet since it was healthy food.
Kale
Kale might be the hardest nutrient we could ever find. However, we should know that the vegetable was the healthiest in the cabbage family. The vegetable contained different kinds of nutrients that could prevent any heart disease. Kale had a lot of fiber that could help our hearts. It also had a lot of antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids. Kale also had a low calorie which would be a perfect food for the millennials.
