If we wanted to add some ingredients to our salad, then we should consider pomegranates. The fruit had many antioxidants that could help protect our artery walls from the formation of plaque. It would also decrease the chance of getting heart problems. Some studies eating pomegranates could prevent us from getting diabetes, strokes, Alzheimer’s, and prostate cancer. The fruit is also good for our teeth, liver, joints, and skin.
