Poor Attitude
Karl was upset because he spent some time line-up to get the highlighted food on the menu. The man would not get into the queue if he knew that the food was already not available. Karl was also irritated because of the terrible attitude of the cashier. The man hid his dissatisfaction, and calmly questioned the cashier if there were available food for that day.

Karl had thought to himself, “That’s it!” The man said to the cashier, “Can I speak to your manager?” The lady followed him and yelled at the back of the kitchen. After she screamed, the cashier returned to her post and looked at Karl. Later, another lady came out of the kitchen and asked him, “What’s the problem here, sir? You’re holding up the people behind you.”
