Making A Scene
Karl had thought to himself, “That’s it!” The man said to the cashier, “Can I speak to your manager?” The lady followed him and yelled at the back of the kitchen. After she screamed, the cashier returned to her post and looked at Karl. Later, another lady came out of the kitchen and asked him, “What’s the problem here, sir? You’re holding up the people behind you.”

Karl had recognized where his employees got their behavior. The man knew that he would be going to have a hard time dealing with these ladies. The man disregarded her comment and explained what had happened to the lady. The man pointed out what he had recognized in the premises, and the manager should fix the problem. However, Karl did not expect her feedback.
